Previously serving as the Executive Director of Pace Center for Girls Treasure Coast, Maygan played a pivotal role in providing girls and young women with a path to a brighter future through education, counseling, and advocacy. Her tenure at Pace Center for Girls, an organization renowned for dramatically improving academic futures and reducing involvement with the criminal justice system helped her develop a keen understanding of the importance of empathy and tailored support. Her ability to listen, comprehend, and fulfill the aspirations of her clients has smoothly translated into her real estate career.

Before her impactful role at Pace, Maygan held key positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County, overseeing grants, marketing, events, and community development as the Vice President of Resource Development. Her tenure there further fortified her marketing prowess, and her expertise in community engagement and resource mobilization. Maygan's diverse professional journey also includes an award-winning stint as an Advertising Account Executive with Gannett-USA Today, and a decade of retail management. 

Maygan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.  Maygan is dedicated to continuous learning and community service which is evident in her volunteer work with multiple non-profits and Board Member roles for St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce and Carebag, a local organization providing essential services to the homeless.
