I was given Jillian's name by my neighbor. Jillian did three transactions with us, she rented our home and twice and it was within weeks, she performed a credit check, walk through, took photos and at the end of the lease walked the home again to make sure that it was clean. She then listed our home and within 3 weeks we had a full price offer. At that time, she also walked with our tenants prior to the house closing to make sure that the house was clean. Throughout the transaction, she and her team kept us informed of the status. We even got to close early! Jillian is knowledgeable in real estate and very outgoing and friendly.
