Jillian did a great job and helped me get people to do repairs and cleanup.She kept me informed and everything went smoothly.I left before the closing and she made sure that everything was taken care of and no stones were left unturned.I would recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Vero Beach area.

Jillian and her team was amazing! Jillian has perfected her craft in real estate. I had a few consultations and also allowed the realtors to visit my property, and then met with each again to get their perspective and professional opinion on the asking price. Jillian stood out by far with her results after a 30 minute visit. She was able to tell me the current asking price without any additional edits and the asking price with minor edits. She provided me with resources at her fingertips; which was my biggest headache and stress. Jillian was attentive and available throughout my entire process! If you want to sleep at night during the sale of your home; Jillian and her team is hands down your best option!

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because Jillian did sell our home and help us purchase another home at the same time. I don’t think I have enough space on this post to detail how horrific our experience was and the sad part is that she was still clueless about our feelings all the way up until the end. Jillian advertises that she communicates and makes the process as stress free as possible. That is completely not true! Everything was going smoothly until the house that we were going to buy was another one of her properties. So now she was selling our home and her husband was selling us a home that she was selling. It stopped being about us and our feelings and the only focus was on closing on all these homes no matter the damage it caused. We were moving into a gated community that we were given NO info on other than the cost of the HOA. We later went to the office after closing to find out everything our realtor should have told us. As soon as we were under contract, I only basically heard from her assistant demanding that I need to send items in or sign something immediately. This was a completely different experience from 5 years prior when we purchased our first home. Our realtor was with us every step of the way. We were young purchasing our first home and this was our first time selling. The day of closing, we were under the impression that we had at least until 5 pm to get our things out of the house we were selling. (We were not told otherwise.) At about 10 am Jillian calls and tells us that our things should have already been out before the buyers closed that morning. I was baffled because our closing wasn’t even scheduled until 2pm so I asked what were we supposed to do with our belongings? I was told to leave them on a moving truck for a few hours. So leave our valuables on a hot moving truck to be ruined?! The sellers were nice enough to let us move our things in the garage while they were moving out. We were told that we had to be completely moved out for the couple buying our home to do their walk through. So 3pm comes and we are told to stop moving and to get to closing. I NEVER HAD A WALK THROUGH! I guess the rules are different when it’s a home you’re selling. The people were still moving out of a home that we were supposed to be closing on. Fast forward to after the circus of a closing, we sign the paperwork and come to our “new home” and the previous owners are still there moving! Jillian originally told us they would be out by 2. They didn’t finish until 7:30pm. So the rest of our things that didn’t fit in the garage were sitting on the truck all day and we were left moving things in until 10pm. I’m leaving out so many details that I wish I could include because it really made for an awful experience to have a realtor that didn’t stick up for us when the people purchasing our home were basically bullied us. Luckily, we had each other because Jillian was no help after she started seeing dollar signs. After we signed at closing, the next day I tried to contact her and she was on vacation. I will NEVER use or recommend anyone to use this company. Everyone isn’t well versed in real estate and that’s why we seek out realtors. This one just was not the one for us despite my online research. I hope she learns from this experience to focus on her clients needs more.

Jillian represented us in buying our Port St Lucie home in 2014 and selling our home in 2021. This team is definitely top notch. Rob & Jillian very quickly had my full trust. They had away of putting me at ease, when ever I started feeling flustered. I wasn't easy trying to find the right home on a tight budget during a booming market. Their patience, knowledge and hard work got me the home I wanted. They also don't forget about you after the deal is complete. I now consider them my friends.
